🌺 Terms of Service 🌺

🌺 Comms:
✦ I reserve the right to cancel and/or refund your commission at any time.
✦ Do not use my work for commercial/marketable purposes. Personal use only.
✦ I reserve the right to use the image for self-promotion and/or future art examples.
✦ Do not trace over or copy my work without permission.
✦ Do not claim credit for my work
✦ All pieces are digital items. No physical item will be shipped.
✦ Your commission will not be started until I receive the payment in full.
✦ Payment plans for larger pieces may be negotiated. This is primarily only available for larger customs and/or reference sheets.
✦ Payment is through Paypal invoice ONLY. I do not accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.
✦ At this time, I am unable to provide refunds. I will, however, provide a refund if I cancel the commission myself.

🌺 Adopts/Customs:
✦ You will not sell the design for more than you bought it. In the case where extra art is added on to the character, the price may be raised accordingly.
✦ You may NEVER mint the character or images associated for NFTs or any cryptocurrency exchange.
✦ Traded characters may not be resold for any cash value. This includes gift cards.
✦ There must be a minimum waiting period of ONE MONTH between trading/reselling my designs.
✦ You will not use the design for any morally questionable purposes, including but not limited to: pedophilia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, racism, sexism, etc.
✦ You may not claim credit for my designs.
✦ If you receive a feral design from me, you may not commission and/or draw NSFW art of them under any circumstances.
✦ If you make one of my designs a minor (17yrs or younger), you may not commission and/or draw NSFW of them under any circumstances.
✦ You may not copy my designs into a separate character.
✦ You may not use my designs for marketable/commercial purposes.
✦ Edits to the character are allowed, however edits to the art itself is not.
✦ Users who violate my TOS will be blacklisted. On a case by case basis, the character may be up for reclaim.
- Meaning; the character will in a sense be taken from you and reuploaded by me, wherein I will do what I see fit with the character. Be it trading, reselling, or gifting.

🌺 Payment Plans:
✦ A schedule must be established between the two of us.
✦ This will include setting a specific date on which you will pay regularly. This will be your reoccurring payment day.
✦ On top of this, you must specify how much you will be paying on every reoccurring payment day.
✦ I understand that real life happens. You are absolutely free to message me and let me know if you will be unable to pay for whatever reason. From there we can work together and figure out what to do. I just ask that this warning take place at least a day before payment is due.
✦ If you fail to pay on your chosen payment day without warning, you forfeit the hold on the character and however much you paid beforehand. This design will be eligible to be put back up for sale/trade if this happens. This will be communicated to you if this happens.

🌺 Process:
✦ Sketch Phase
✦ Approval + Edits (Both major and minor edits may be requested during this phase)
✦ Lines and color
✦ Approval + Edits (MINOR edits only. NO MAJOR EDITS.)
✦ Finished Piece!🌺 About the Process:
✦ I will not work off of description only. Please gather a group of images to send to me for reference. For example, hairstyle, color palette, body type, etc.
✦ My work process will likely not take longer than 2 months. You are free to message me for updates, but please understand that I have chronic illness and pain. Do not rush me.
✦ After you receive a finished piece, you may repost your commission ONLY if clear credit given.
✦ You may NOT edit or retouch your commission after it is finished.

🌺 Agreement:
✦ By commissioning me you are hereby agreeing to these Terms of Service.
✦ Failure to follow the terms may result in termination of commission and your name added to a blacklist. I will no longer accept any commissions from you, nor will you be able to own any of my designs.
✦ These are subject to change at any time. Last Updated: 4/28/2021

These users are not to obtain any of my designs. - STARTING at 100 USD (+50 USD per extra outfit or nude alt)
- EXTRAS: +30 per Bust / +5 per item / +50 per Weapon
